Description
A mansion built in 1935, designed by Architect G.Lenana, is located in the heart of Valmiera. Although the central street is a five-minute walk, nature is surrounded by Lucas Square and a green private area through the windows. The Park Apartments are located 500 meters from the Valmiera Drama Theater and the Valmiera St. Simon's Church, as well as one of the best Latvian restaurants "Rātes vārti". However, in the summer the time can be spent in the garden, grilling yourself a dinner or enjoying the morning sun in a rocking chair with a cup of coffee. The Apartments consist of one and two bedroom apartments with a lounge, kitchen and amenities. Equipped with everything is needed to be able to relax during the holidays or during the business trip. At the same time, it is possible to accommodate 12 guests (plus 15 extra beds). Breakfast - by appointment. Free of charge parking place and barbecue facilities are available on site.
